Welcome to Gateway Rental Cars. By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully:

• Rates: Rates are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are subject to change without notice.
• Driver Requirements: The driver must present a valid driver’s license with a minimum validity of 6 months and a credit card in their name at the time of check-out.
• Deposit: A deposit equivalent to the calculated rental charges, plus an additional deposit, is required at the start of the rental period.
• Geographical Restrictions: Geographical and local renter restrictions apply, even for rental reservations with unlimited mileage. Vehicles may not be taken across domestic or international borders without prior written permission from the Gateway Rental Cars branch.
• Accuracy of Information: We use reasonable commercial efforts to ensure the accuracy of all information on our website or shared with third-party platforms. Gateway Rental Cars' liability, if any, is limited to the amount of rental charges paid to us.
• Rental Contract Terms: The specific terms, conditions, and laws governing the rental are those stated on the rental contract provided at the rental location. It is the renter's responsibility to read and understand the rental contract.
• Acceptance: By completing your booking with Gateway Rental Cars, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions, as well as any location-specific terms provided at the time of rental.
